Notes: Time arrival for 3 p.m. or later. Dinner is on your
own Friday evening. A group of us often meet at Charlie
Brown's to have dinner together. Metabolic will be served
Friday night. If you have allergies or other special food
requirements we may not be able to accommodate you although
some substitutions can be arranged. Our menu conforms to
clean abstinence. Flying into the Philadelphia airport? Take
the Rapid Rover Shuttle to the center
