cooked, diced and cooled

Mustard

Mayonnaise

Yogurt

Vegetables
raw for salad including diced onion and celery
Instructions
Combined mustard, mayonnaise and yogurt for dressing
Toss the potato and tuna together with the mustard dressing
Add diced onion and celery to the mix.
Serve on salad of raw vegetables for a complete raw vegetable meal.

Remember to have two cups of cooked vegetable for your other meal that day.
