This full-meal dish is very aromatic, and makes great leftovers.
Ingredients
- 2 Lb Chicken skin removed
- 8-10 Potatoes peeled and cut in halves
- 2 Onions peeled and cut in quarters
- 6 Carrots peeled and cut in big pieces
- 4 Parsnips peeled and cut in big pieces
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon barbeque spice I use Penzeys spices
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika Spanish style
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Northwoods seasoning
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Place onions, carrots, and parsnips in crock-pot.
- Place chicken on top of vegetables.
- Place potatoes on top of chicken.
- Mix all spices in a small bowl with 2 TBS water and pour the spice mix into the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Recipe Notes
When it’s ready, place the chicken in one container, the potatoes in another, and the vegetables in another separate container.
Weigh and measure according to the Food Plan.
